Honeywell Evo Home smart heating install today on our project in Hockley Heath. 26 loops of under floor heating pipes into 3 manifolds, 8 zones of heating and 2 hot water tanks to supply instant hot water.
Evo home gives heating control to every room in your house with local thermostats, scheduling with a main controller as well as through your phone, tablet and Alexa.

Just finished our Jack and Jill bathroom on our project in Hockley Heath. The low level lights and shower niche lights are switched from a motion sensor, also with the capability of overriding with a wireless switch. This allows our client to have low level lighting while enjoying a nice soak in the bath. And relax. 😴😌🥱🛀🧼🛁

We were back at one of our favourite projects in Hockley Heath this week installing a point to point network.
Our clients wanted WiFi in their outbuilding/gym but didn’t want to lift up any slabs or dig up any grass.
With a clear line of sight we were able to install these devices that act like radio antennas from point A (the main house) to point B (the out building). We then connected an access point to point B inside the outbuilding that has half a meter thick walls to give a solid Mesh WiFi network.
This can be the perfect solution to getting WiFi to your garden outbuilding/office, man cave or bar without the use of hardwiring cables and digging up your garden.

We were retrofitting some Lutron RA2 Select in-line dimmers on one of our previous projects in Hockley Heath today.
We installed 2 dimmers for the outbuilding internal down lights and external wall lights and also a dimmer for the driveway ground lights.
Surprising the distance these dimmers can handle. Easily 30m away from home network and seamlessly connected. 👌🏻
