Pooky chandeliers with million-piece glass fittings, Scolmore antique brass toggle switches throughout, Heatmiser smart control for heating and external lighting, UniFi mesh WiFi extending to the outbuilding, and a Hager RCBO consumer unit with dedicated data cabinet. Premium Lighting & Fixtures
Pooky chandeliers on the main hallway and second-floor landing create dramatic light effects across walls and ceilings. Scolmore antique brass toggle switches and dimmer plates throughout, with Zano LED dimming for mood lighting control. The kitchen features under-cabinet LED tape in aluminium extrusion for clean task lighting, alongside pendant lights controlled through dedicated dimmers.

Smart Heating & Lighting Control
Heatmiser smart thermostats controlling underfloor heating zones on the ground floor, with separate app control for external lighting via Heatmiser timers. The system includes photocell sensors for automatic dusk activation, with PIR motion detection running parallel for overnight security lighting. All manageable through a single app with scheduling and remote access.
Outbuilding Gym — WiFi & Security
UniFi mesh WiFi extending reliable coverage to the detached outbuilding gym, with Cat6 data points throughout the main house. Ring floodlight camera providing motion-activated security lighting and video monitoring.
